Product Issue Resolution

If you encounter any problems with your product, please send us a complaint via email. You must submit your request within 15 days from the delivery date.

Include the “order number” and “email address used to place the order” in your email. Additionally, attach images/videos of the defective product, poor print quality, or items significantly different from what was advertised on our website.

After reviewing your complaint, we will promptly replace the product according to your request or issue a refund without requiring you to return the defective product.

A. Refund Option

When opting for a refund or requesting a new product identical to the one purchased, you do not need to return the item.

As our products are custom-printed and unique, refunds are only issued if the product is defective, has poor print quality, or significantly differs from the advertised description. Please check our size chart carefully before placing an order, as we are not responsible for incorrect size selections.

Refunds cover only the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Example:

  • If you purchase a shirt for $23 and pay a $3 shipping fee, the refund will be $23, excluding the shipping fee.
  • If you purchase a shirt for $23 with free shipping, the refund amount will be $23.

Your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nanddstore.com.

B. Replacement Option

If you prefer a replacement, send us an email confirming the shirt color, size, and quantity. You will not need to pay any additional fees unless you change the size or color of the shirt.

We will address instances of defective or erroneous products and use this information to prevent future errors.
